Awesome work on those boot screen. I would like to learn how to make some when I have time. I have a favor to ask until I can make my own. Can you make me a boot screen of Goku from Dragonball Z transforming into a super saiyan with my name at the end of it. Name is GoKoU like that and I think 10 to 15 is good enough. I gave your boot-vids a shot and whoah, amazing work you have done there and reading a few pages in this threads shows even more work. Amazing really. I would like to know if you could make as well a bootvid for me. It wouldn't be something special, but something totally new though. It would be something like the following video (it inspired me tbh) http://share.ovi.com/media/Lacedaemo...cedaemon.10001 Could you make it similiar to that one and add there (Every line would be on a new, "blank" screen; background-color being black, font-color being the green from the vid if possible): Welcome to keynet Enter Username: mikki-kun Enter Password: ******** Access granted Connecting to keynet $PERCENTAGE Done $PERCENTAGE would be either a percentage bar (this can be below the text) or the value in numbers. The matrix-chars in the end can be omitted in my opinion. That would be really cool to have. Would do it myself but as I have close to no clue which app and how to do it i am a lil "helpless". I hope that ain't too special and difficult to make and you are up to a lil challenge :) (At least I think that will be something "smaller" compared to your other vids which really look breath-taking) Wish you some fun time and may you be blessed by the muse for other great boot-vids ;) mikki-kun |

sorry to interrupt this thread by some silly question...but i tried changing the boot screen video with xterm but unable to do it..i'm giving the exact command as advised...
sudo gainroot root shell enabled.. mv / home/user/MyDocs/.documents/matrix.avi/hildon-welcome/usr/share/media/ busybox..... mv..[option]...source..destination mv...[option]...source...directory... this result is shown... what i'm doing wrong.... even i tried to install bootscreen manager ..application installed successfully but it doesn't show anywhere what's the wrong.... kindly advise... sorry for taking your valuable time.. |
