Great design Reflektorfalke :)
ummm, has anyone else except me noticed that the N900 icon has sharp edges due to the cut on the sides instead of being transparent?

No.1 post is using sociality, which the icon has been cut.
No.2 post is using my own status post app which uses transparent icon at the edges.
You'll notice the soft edges and the sharp edges. I dun know if I'm going with this too far but MAG, I hope u can consider this transparent icon so it looks more professional :)

MAG, this app is simply awesome. Everything seems to work really smoothly, and I have used Places to check in just fine. The only thing I would say (think somebody else mentioned this earlier) is when you hit "Nearby" sometimes the actual bar/restaurant you're in doesn't show up. But that's no biggie.

I love the interface, the dark theme works great with Maemo5 and the only thing that annoys me is the Mac sound of installation completed / iPhone sms alert. Not because I have anything really against iPhones, but I think Apple were lazy in using that sound from the Mac for iOS! ;)

Great, great job on Sociality. Superb mate.

Hey guys, does this app work smoothly because i seem to have a few issues with my version such as:
notification light doesn't stop blinking after a notification is read
and a few others
I just want to know if the app works fine for everyone here so far?

Works fine here, except for the cache problem (for example loading friends at the places feature) but does not seem to be a big issue since it's considered to be fixed in the future

what refresh value are you using? do you get notifications with the app closed? are the notifications in sms/email/im format? do the notifications stay in the notification screen until you check it as does sms etc, or do they disappear?

I've never touched the refresh value, notifications only rings when the app is running. It won't notify u if u close it.
Yea the notification turn to white color "read" when I click on it. while the ones I didn't click on stays blue "unread".

p/s: the notification doesn't appear like a new email message, just a sound and the notification button will be like "Notificatios(1)" which means u have one unread notification
