I wonder if the Q2/Q3 N900 batches overclock much better?

If reports here can be trusted, the newer models are far worse, so hold on to that preorder model.

It's not the models that are worse, it's the users who have deteriorated. They don't seem to read the good documentation, preferring to make up their own, which seens to me not to make much sense.

I buy my n900 6month ago the newest english version. (comes with pr1.2)
Ulv or everything downvoltage not work properly. Upvoltage works perfectly and I have to change voltage for 900 until 1000 to works ok(even at 1150 works ok and stable on psx4m-for 1 minute check).
new voltages are:
700:60
750:60
805:60
850:60
900:60
950:64
1000:68
1100:72
1150:72

I am glad someone else has noticed this, I was starting to wonder if it was just me being an old grumpy git!!

I blame it on the influx of cheaper used handsets getting into the market.

Can some tell me how to get original power kernel settings back on reboot? I've got mine autoloading myprofile and have also gone throught this.... http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...postcount=4917
I wanna keep the kernel but do away with all the autoload and leafpad. Feel like i've entered a ton of stuff in x-term now n just want it back the way it was when i first install the power kernel. Thanks

If you have it autoloading myprofile, just delete myprofle, if I understand you correctly.

That file is probably in /home/user/.kernel
