I think the discontinuation of WebOS reinforces Fusion Garage's choice to build Grid OS on Android.
Not webOS is discontinued. The Preł and TouchBook are.
webOS will be licensed and used in PCs and printers.

I hate all these over-dramatic news claiming webOS dead. It's the same reaction after Nokia said "no more MeeGo for us".

Sadly, webOS has nothing behind it except HP. Even when Nokia bailed, MeeGo still had Intel (on to of being totally open source, unlike webOS.)
