I can understand if people get sick WP/ANdroid trolls! There is several people on this forum who doesn't even own a N9/N900 but still is here just as trolls! And I dont see why they are here!

If they dont like Meego, Maemo, JollaOS and the ideas of openess:

They should not be here to spread they negative bullish!

Actually if they like Android, Iphone, WP or whatever OS they want I dont care. But I dont see why on earth they must be on Maemo forum and trolling instead of bveing on a XX forum where they can talk about they favourite OS instead of spreading they TRASH, bullish, trolling on this forum!

Look while you make a solid point, you conveniently ignore the totality of the guy's posts.
I wasn't simply referring to that particular post, that was just the time I chose to finally bite.
He is a troll, plain & simple... How you could not see that, well, I leave that one for you.
I've seen far more critical debate/questioning/introspection here than I see in most mainstream forums.
So I dont know where you get your assertion that it's now a "haven for fanboys"...

Criticism should always be there it's what allows to get better, with good words and appraisal you won't be able to improve.

But commonly known trolls just seem to do it for shits and giggles, they have gone passed the criticism part and are just out right trolling.

Severeral developers has left this forum for that reason!

Lumiaman has no valid point being on this forum! Infact he doesnt even like Maemo/Jolla and prefer WP. He better be on MSDN forums instead of being here.

let me re-phrase that "Constructive criticism"

MeeGo is not perfect, and people who point out the flaws should not be punished. I mean in a way reporting bugs, asking for features ect.

Well it was a competion for small startups. Not knowing what you are voting for applied in most of those case.

The whole point of the vote and competion was to vote for interesting/inspiring/promising/etc new corporations and business models. So yeah, I would argue that voting for Jolla was perfectly reasonable, even with the limited amount of information, which was already pretty much built into the nature of the competion anyway.
