I think if Jolla as a company can tell again and again "soon" and do not deliver, Dave as simple maemo mortal can say "refund" and "scam" with no problems.

Do you have a point beyond stating the obvious?

He has that ability; I took advantage of my ability to state whatever I wish as well. He's free to continue just as I'm free to express whatever the hell I wish as well sans problems. But it doesn't mean sans commentary.

I just stated that I've had my fill (on that day). Today, don't really give a crap. So Dave, have at it. You... keep stating the obvious I guess... :shrug:

Do you think more or less than 80% of customers looking for refund?

Of the Ones that made an active decision.

If so it would be pretty interesting to see where Jolla hide that kind of money when going to court or answering lastu.

I think it is quite proportional to the time someone pledged.
The earlier, the higher the propability to still crave for the tablet ;)

Ah and yes, go on and shout scam until we have results.

I don't think ZogG's "can" was meant to mean "has the ability". More like "has the moral right". Jolla gave him the right.

Congrats to Jolla. All their phone is out of stock atleast Jolla shop says so.

Now their have only flip cases left then they can shut down company and leave us without money back their master plan muahaha.
