btw, has anyone noticed the kinetic scrolling can sometimes get a bit too overzealous? i scroll with my finger and the scrolling seems to jerk a little then when i lift off, it scrolls like crazy for 3-4 pages.

Added this to the known issues in the wiki.

Yes, I think this may be related to Qt somehow, as Kasvopus suffers from this issue also (it was also coded in Qt).

A quick search of google yielded these 2 pages:

http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-9054
http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...implementation

I've only skimmed through these pages, but I think Kinetic Scrolling will not be implemented until Qt 4.8, and what is being used is a workaround of sorts...? Don't take my word for it, I spent about a minute on those 2 pages, gotta run...

Re: [Annnounce] Sociality | Facebook client in Qt

this is a very good app for n900 facebook login, especially we can get a "via Nokia N900" under the post on FB.

However I found something is quite uncovenient, it is the "loading" is quite long, I always have to wait almost 30second. is it possible to shorten the loading time?

thanks!

has there been a newer version other than 0.2-1?

No, 0.2-1 is the latest. You can always check using the Maemo Package Interface:

See the wiki and enable it in the config file. Still in dev. but you can give it a try.
