Lovely. Not only does the seller claim their cable "outperforms the original" that doesn't yet exist in the market to be tested, it's just a USB cable. Gah!

If they want believability, they shouldn't be pricing it at $8.99. It should be $49.99 and claim to have conductors individually coated with oxygen-free ground unicorn horn. There's a proven market there.

The anticipation of what gets announced tomorrow is high, and I hope that NOKIA will deliver. There are many NOKIA fans that will jump at an opportunity to own a NOKIA like iphone. But again, I highly doubt it that Harmattan will be as smooth as iphone, and as a new OS, I am afraid that it will be as buggy as the usual symbian software. Maemo 5 was a disappointment when it initially came out. Besides multi-tasking it could not compete with iphone OS, and most of the reviews gave it great potential but rough at the edges. I am afraid that Harmattan will be the same. It will not be disruptive for sure, as the novelties will be in the minutia, not in the overall experience. So forget about it being disruptive in one form or another.

Moreover, NOKIA continues to be involved in way too many projects. They should focus on few good things, and pull out of the ideology that producing 40-50 models variations on the same buggy stuff will not work. WP7 will help them with the software, and this was an excellent move by Elop. I am buying Nokia and MS stock, as i think they will rise 5 fold in 5 years, not because of Meego, but because of MS/NOKIA alliance.

Meego came too late on the scene. Its a dead platform.

Why are people so glad abt this news ?
Seems like Elop is really insistent on destroying meego
revealing nokia n9 and not n950 at announcement will make sure there won't be any apps ported to meego!!!.

btw where is misterc in this epic discussion ?
really liked reading those color coded keywords !!!
let all major people who have contributed in this forum now appear to make their point or forever hold their peace !!!
:D

I bet nothing of significance will get announced by NOKIA tomorrow. It will be a non-event that will pander to Asia, the only continent that NOKIA still thrives
