If it can resume downloads from maemo mapper that would great. I'm going to try it when I get home. I sure hope I can resume so I don't have to redownload the 300 megs.

I've tried searching but found nothing.
Maemo Mapper is brilliant, but does anyone else experience an annoying flickering from the pop-up announcements? It seems like they are progress bars set to expire instantly.
Any ideas?

There's a progress bar when you have charged a route and come closer to a route point.

Cheers, I didn't think to test it while moving. On a related note, I've had my n800 a few weeks and am amazed by the community surrounding these litttle marvels. Thanks to everyone, and I'm installing scratchbox now with some porting plans...

I cant get maemo mapper to install. :( I get conflict with application packages

Great app but having a little trouble, im in Cyprus and the default route finder source under Gunite does not recognise any routes in Cyprus. I can download maps and POI but cannot get a route to download keep getting invalid start point or destination. This worked like a charm in the UK. Any way to get around this or put in a new source for the route download.
