It doesnt seem like they're coming through in very large numbers tho
cos from reading things on here only a handful of people have recieved them.

But if you think about it, only a handful of people who ordered are probably frequent members here. And those that are are all probably busy livin it up with their phone :)

They're shipping them as fast as they can, hopefully they're doing some over the weekend too, so that means a load should arrive on Mon/Tues.

I just hope its monday morning when mine arrives. Got a 2 hour maths test on tuesday that i must not miss!

I guess most pre-orders from sep and oct will be posted on mon...i wasnt expecting my phone 2day...big surprise...MPD again shows how their customer services is, as my status is still ready to despatch and no email...how would any one expect to hav their phone posted as no one here can believe what they say (as they always talk ******** when we contacted)...what a mess they are in.....i hope they sort all the pre-orders by mon at least.....

when did u order as one of friend ordered 27.10.09 and his phone was posted sterday as per the email and status but he havnt received, he should receive on mon...

Just tried - on the gf's pc - connecting to hers from the N900... got alot further then i thought i would....

(never done it before - so was a first for me)
Got past a screen with 3 green tick boxes (Encyption, connection etc) - all passed.!!

Then the screen went black.

But as i said earlier on the edge of a 2g connection.... Will try again tonight.tomorrow - but it's a maybe at the moment!!

i agree - alot of the regulars of this post have left these pages :( - i'd guess a good few hundred have been received, if we believe the 700 they are sending out, probably half gone? :)

This happened to me too when i tried it in the SDK, all I got was a blank screen. (although no 3 boxes etc. - but I think that's because I'm a premium member).

ahhh i'm a cheapskate, but i used vnc over the net with no issues - so much easier :) - i can also install it remotely given an ip address :) - saves me alot of stress :)

I did get a disconneciton mesage too - so it may just be having trouble rendering the page - definitley loads - so not all bad news :) - hopefully fennec will solve this issue when it gets released properly :)

Yep I was hoping to use LogMeIn, but earlier I read that VNC was available so I installed and set that up etc. I initially didn't want to go with VNC because the last time I tried it (many moons ago!), it was primitive - very primitive. But looking good now. :D

same here man :( I hope they dispatched it on friday or saturday.. so i get it on Monday. I've got exam law exam on Tuesday so I'll be seeing a RM Card then :(

Im still 'pending stock'. I ordered on 6th October and when I spoke to them on Friday they told me it would be dispatched Monday and I will receive it Tuesday, but I have a feeling I will be let down again:rolleyes:
