There is no questions that the security can be taken to the nth degree. I by no means am going through my source line by line either. Taking some time to compile a few packages to feel safer whether real or percieved is better than blindly installing apps that may contain root kits :) Not that any do that I have ever found, but it just such a ugly scenario, I dont want to be one to bring the enemy to home base.

I really would like to see a certified symbol mean I can trust it and know it does not contain spyware. What exactly does Nokia do before endorsing a package?

I still think it's funny the only virus I've ever received in an email was from a freaking one star general. I like nude photo's of Anna Kornakova ( or however the hell you spell it ) as the next guy, but not at work!
