Re: Connect Playstation 3 DualShock controller to N900?
I have read rumors that a kernel patch could fix this, but its just something I read. So this leaves out two possibilities for being able to use the PS3 controller with the N900, right?
1. Pair it with your PC with your PCs Bluetooth ID spoofed 2. Pair it with your PC using the N900 as a USB bluetooth adapter Does other USB gamepads require a Host / Slave relationship, or? The reason I am wondering about this because me and a friend who just ordered each our N900 device (we will get it next week) are planing on making a homebrew gamepad for the N900 that is both portable and usable, we fist wanted to take our basis in the PS3 controller, but if it is impossible to make it work than that sucks |
Re: Connect Playstation 3 DualShock controller to N900?
Yes,
all HID-Compactible USBGamepads act as slave the BGP-100 is a good platform for a homebrew BTGamepad i opend mine to take a look in it, and what should i say.. no large pcb, small components Where is my broken SNES Controller? €: picture will follow :) |

With the last update to the Maemo SDK, is there any chances to get a Dualshock paired directly with the N900?
