Well, really not needed, as equalizer can be changed by setting appropriate gconf values. But I think it's more cool to use the equalizer than setting them by hand :-)
Could someone point me to instructions on how to do this? What do you need to get any kind of equalization going on the n900? Thanks.

Actually, it's more like bashing a Honda Civic without doors for not having any doors... every MP3 player I've ever owned had at least a simple 5-band graphic EQ.
