[If its a Nokia advertisement they would NOT have put that in if it wasn't in the works and in an advanced stage]

So, Nokia is involved in the contest to some degree, yes. They may just be providing prize phones in exchange for a bit of publicity and a few smiley prize-winner photos later though. Haymarket may well have developed the contest website and other promotional materials without any review by Nokia.

i did mention that there is no proof that nokia provided it- however none of us know.
