The game files are not in the .deb package!
You need the PC game data files!

ok i dl the game from 1 first page i unzip them and i copy them in my n900/downloads/test ( all the files less exe.txt doc)
how dow i copy those files from this dir in to .openjazz

in xterminal:
cp /home/user/MyDocs/downloads/test/* /home/user/MyDocs/.openjazz/

i manage to copy the files in .openjazz ( thank you very much for your patients)
the game is stil not working same error like before ( BLACK SCREEN WITH THE MOUSE POINTER AND OUT ON THE DESKTOP)

Seems like openjazz is in testing and i just installed it, but it asks to install data files to .Mydocs folder so I just now thinking that should i give thumbs down. IMO when we are speaking about GAMES, user should not have to do this kind "hacking" stuff to get just game working. So maybe devel is right place for this kind of projects :|

Unless maybe some kind of copyright prevents this? Would you rather have the developer NOT do the entire project because installation is too complicated for some? Being in Extras just means the project is reasonably free from bugs and won't break your device.

So it´s probably better then that i do not vote at all because it´s not related strictly to QA :|

I have had some battles with myself lately with voting on some themes and programs which i just pretty much find working but they suck so much that I think that they hurt maemo brand in general if they end up to extras. I Could bet that people who i see as end user end up Installing them to their device and are just blown away by graphical "bugs" or total lack of user friendliness on program where you expect it. At least little things like one here in openjazz make me angry in 0,5 sec but i calm down in 10 sec after i remember how this place works :)

And huge thanks to developer making this app. I do not have any trouble using google, finding right packages, unzipping them, putting them in right hidden directory etc.

It´s too complicated to MOST. Trust me :| 10+ years supporting my friends and relatives on it issues has taught me a lot about average joes :)
