I am also OC, same as you.
I mean, lag as if you try to slide screen form left to right, up and down on the main page for instance, it takes almost a 1/2s to draw the missing parts...

I just love this browser but here's some bugs i have found: if meefox is running and try to open link from other app, it just go to that page which was already running. And sometimes it crashes when starting.

Cecchi85 2013-06-24 08:52

Everytime i used meefox, swap memory decrease...

For example, now i have 77mb free...

Orientation changing seems to be a bit buggy. Rotating gives no animation, just blacking out the screen, and sometimes some or all of the page contents don't reappear afterwards. Also, if any instance of Meefox is loading a page, all of them lock orientation until it finishes.

In case somebody wants to use DuckDuckGo as default search engine, you need to copy this XML file to:
/home/user/.mozilla/mozembed/searchplugins/
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...duckduckgo.xml

MeeFox restart might be required.

After you copied the file, go into MeeFox settings and select it as default search.

Should I do the Yandex XML one too, or does someone else want to give it a try? :)

Thanks. I think you should make Yandex too. We can try to fix it if you fails ;)

Same procedure as for DuckDuckGo.

Baidu:

Yandex:

What am I doing wrong? When all tabs are closed the process still exists in background. While usually cool for a fast tab startup, it is currently a hassle as after some time in background, the browser stops working. It simply doesn't load pages anymore as long as I do not force close the process and restart meefox.

Has anyone else run into the same issues?
