No, Sailfish using Silica UI components and qt5, harmattan using meego UI components and qt4. you need to create own ui for it and port backend to qt4.

You are a good independent developer. I have seen you around for many years answering questions about Maemo,Freemantle and Sailfish OS and you always have technical answers. You are always right there knowing what to to do. I think at this point I owe you at least $5 a year so I'll send you $20 in Electroneum when the miner comes online on Nov 1st. Thanks. Just post Electroneum address to send to or I don't know how dumbded down they are going to make it.
