Re: Neo900 Shop questions
Hello,
http://my.neo900.org gives a "502 Bad Gateway" nginx error message, whereas it should be a redirect to https://my.neo900.org. This is in particular important because e.g. the shop account activation email contains a link to http://my.neo900.org/... Also, in general the links in the emails sent from the Shop are not clickable and the (attached) Neo900 Logo is not shown in the email header/footer (tested with Gmail and Thunderbird). Best, Lukas |

Re: Neo900 Shop questions
Hey jOERG, is it too late to get in on the first batch of Nokia N900 housing sourcing? You mentioned you were going to start sourcing the N900 housing at the end of this month, which I guess means you've started/already finished that process?

Re: Neo900 Shop questions
My first post here. Neo900 is what brought me to this community and made me get my first N900 just a few weeks ago. I do feel that spending well over a 1000 euro on a mobile borders on insanity but that would apply to the typical mass market device available today. The level of openness and the degree of control the user is promised over their device is what makes the Neo worth more than anything else available. I just wish such things were available to most people...
So, just to make sure it's not too late to make a down payment on the bare board? |

There's no deadline for ordering NeoN boards yet. The deadline for complete devices (caused by ordering N900 devices for the mech parts) didn't arrive yet either, since we still miss feedback from >50% of our early donors. So you're for sure in time for preordering a NeoN board, and you could even preorder a Neo900 complete, too. :) cheers jOERG |

Re: questions regarding Neo900 Shop
Quick notice: we are experiencing problems with payment handling through PayPal, due to a disagreement over
https://stories.paypal-corp.com/home...and-preselling As a precaution, we therefore have disabled the PayPal payment option in our shop. Joerg will provide more details in the next days. Please use wire transfers (SEPA/IBAN) instead. - Werner |
