I'm working remotely today :/ And grabbing few beers after work is kind of difficult since I have to drive back to Helsinki :P

Sorry, have no idea on both questions :(

But I just uploaded version 0.9-12 to devel which has now beta version of background changer included!

It's till untranslated and needs small tweakings like remembering last visited folder etc, but it_should_work :)

And Qt specialists, how can I make the background changer window to have back icon on top right corner instead of close icon?

And one more update for today, version 0.9-13 just finished uploading. I only added some error checking here and there and also moved the "change backgrounds" -button to top menu since I think it's more like own separate tool (like font importer).

edit: version 0.9-13 also has the "remember last visited folder" implemented in background changer.

LOL Matt! Pedro is looking for the .png file ans which folder it's in because he wants to change its color. Pedro, your best bet is to ask D4Klar and Qosmio as they do the heaviest mods.

oh right i get it now lol i got a bit confused there, your right tho parlapipas that is what i am lookin for & i am trying to find out how to change the datetoday widget png/colours 2, i have asked qosmio posted a few times in threads but have not found a way yet!

As far as I know it really doesn't make any difference if there's twenty or eighty megs free in performance. Correct me if I'm wrong :)

Hello!

After last update (0.9-13) bug reappeared at Alarms -- instead of time I see numbers (ie. 10:00 is 2560).

I'm using D-THEME Night 1.0.0.9 with black-plastic-pleego-icons and custom font at default size, english locale.

Same setup was fine 'till yesterday. Restart/power off doesn't help.

Change your active font color into slightly different one. This is really weird bug in clock app, it goes grazy if it doesn't like the color.

I know... it's really really weird bug with that app :S

Anyways, I'm almost done with new version which don't need ImageMagick anymore. Will upload it to devel soon :)

Next on the "roadmap" is translate the background changer and then bigger thing which I think is more important; ability to save / load color presets. That way you can load up your favourite colors after upgrading the app or if you want to use same colors with another theme :)

You must set backgrounds and main windows with this:

setAttribute(Qt::WA_Maemo5StackedWindow);

If it doesn't work, the change background windows from QMainWindow to QDialog.

Thanks, that did the trick :)

Version 0.9-14 is @ extras-devel.

After installing that, you can safely remove the ImageMagick (if you don't have any other use for it).

Yep, that's unfortunate downside of running the customizer with root powers (which is required to be able to modify theme images) :(

After the 0.9-14 update I can't access the theme customoizer settings I have subsequently updated it to 0.9-15 still can't access it. The Icon background is not there so I am assuming its running in the background.I have rebooted my n900 a number of times to no avail

Can you tell me if it launch when typing this into terminal (all in one line):
sudo run-standalone.sh /opt/theme-customizer/theme-customizer

it starts and works from xterm with that command. but xterm says "unsupported date format character at 1 (%-d. %-m.)"

That is "normal".

Wondering why it won't launch via settings panel. Give me output of this (all in one line):
ls -l /usr/lib/hildon-control-panel/libtheme-customizer-ui.so

(that's small L -letters on that command).
