I probably asked for auto-loading for results and you added "more" button. Currently it seems that button might be better. To me auto-loading seems to be sometimes little broken. I manage to get end of list and it doesnīt load more result but if I go up it starts to load.

That is down to the algorithm that is used to determine when results should be added. I can fix this easily enough. :)

And to nitpick on something :) Buttons on My channel and on main screen seem to on different positions.

I'll take a look at that. There are quite a lot of menu buttons to keep track of, so I'm not surprised that I've missed a few details.

is it possible to include the minutes when playing the video when not in full screen?

why the video download quality got 720p option while video playback quality dont have this? is there anyway to include 360p or 480p?

thanks for the app really really like it :D

The video player is going to be reworked now, anyway. It's next on my list of improvements.

Yeh just video playback, everything else loads up just fine. It worked a few updates ago, last 3 or so updates no joy. My 3g is often faster than my wifi so its not a speed issue, must be the player itself as it doesn't even try. I believe a few other testers are having the same problem. But if your already workin on it i'll let you know if its fixed on the next update! Good work!

It has been explained where the que is somewhere in this thread, once you start a download the que is only available on certain screens.. any search results... my channel n maybe others but not the home screen. Just tap the top of the screen (drop down bit) and they'll be an extra tab stating downloads plus how many you have. Click that my friend! Its hardly a show stopper?

That's just it. I've been doing all that already and still I couldn't find it.
I even restarted the app a few times. Rebooted. Nothing.

However, I updated the app this morning and suddenly there it was from the drop down menu! Instantly!
It still even had the video in said queue from a few days back.
Maybe the update fixed something, maybe it was a glitch.
But at least it seems to work now. Fantastic!

Life is too short to read through this massive thread, so this is probably mentioned many times already:

Scrolling through search results slows down to a crawl as time goes on.

Pressing same button (e.g. search, play) many times opens the same window many times. The button should be pressable just once, really.

After you use the app for a while, it slows down enough to be unusable and needs to be restarted.

Apart from bugs, app looks good and does what I need from youtube app, so keep up the good work.

Be specific.
-Slows down because you have loaded many pages?
-->(It should probably remove/clean stuff from up. Pages could be one way of dealing this)
-Slows down just over time if search result window is open and nothing is done?
-Slows down while app fetches data?
-Something else?

Slows down while fetching data.

Repro:

- start a video download in background

- do a search (e.g. for "britney", sort by relevance)

- in search resuls, scroll down repeatedly. eventually, you will see unresponsive behavior and slowdown (after a few batches have been fetched).

Iīm starting to think that more button is better for overall user experience. Auto-loading hits really badly on responsiveness, even-thought it might be bit faster but it gives some headaches to end users while it stutters. More button gives more time to app and user also gives more time to app because he/she just pressed button so itīs IMO generally expected that app is going to load now something.

Of course it will be slower if you are downloading and browsing at the same time. This would also be the case with a web browser. It's the same issue.

The list view can get a bit sluggish when a large number of results have been loaded. I think the bottom line is that the Qt widgets were not designed to be used for kinetically scrolling through hundreds of items. OTOH, it could be a limitation of the hardware/OS. Either way, I don't see any magic bullet.
