Yes and no, together with the fact that it's bad buissniess to screw their most loyal supports. In fact, I think the commander in chief realized it was the only play after promising the tablet at slush.

It's would be fun to see how many that actually donated money now since many considerd it to be a donation in the first place.

Not the portion of the community that oft states and/or misspells "scammed".

Jolla is part of this community. Yet I cannot blame them from being somewhat reticent and avoiding interfacing certain folks due to how absolutely nothing will make some happy.

"It's not open enough..." types - yet nothing is open in the mobile sector fully open that has sold more than 10000 units. And being open doesn't really mean that they'd ever even add anything to it. Just that they're so damn used to saying "it must be open"... wannabe Richard Stallman.

"I've not received my full refund..." types - other crowdfunded failures got absolutely nothing back in most cases. Can't even find a moment of happiness in that it seems.

But since you have a very short attention span...

tl;dr

Yes. Jolla listens. Jolla is part of this community. Jolla didn't deliver the tablets. Jolla is still in business. Jolla still wants to be that option not named iOS and Android.
