That could be the reason why it is coming so late to 3 in Sweden (and actually other operators)!!!!

That could be why we are reading different dates!:)

nokia germany supporters now answered it is pushed back to 25.11
(same date as on the online-shop)

don't know why because a few minutes ago they said they will begin shipping today

Mabey they wanted to solve this issue before shipping the devices, but could not hold back due to the pressure from all of us:P

Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, Nokia Chief Executive, has stated in a press conference that the Nokia N900 has started to ship. Now, this doesn’t mean you’ll be able to get the device this week, as it normally takes a week or two for the devices to hit the shops but it does kind of suggest that they’ll be ready for the claimed 16th November launch!

They come in batches.
You'll get it the same time as everyone else's.
Don't usually ship them in 'order' depends on how far you live away from distribution etc.

Just be patient. There's not much more you can do at this point, and you'll be plenty happy when it arrives.
