Great. I’m leaning towards LG’s V50 with the swqwerty extension. Let’s see what chen can pull out of the hat.

Having had a look around the UBPorts website, this evening I dug out my old Meizu MX4 and upgraded from Ubuntu Touch to UBPorts.

Upgrade was easy, and everything looks as polished as I remember. Sadly I still find the UI just as irritating as before (and still features the same stupid behaviour that the volume buttons control ringtone volume even if the display is off - so it's easy to mute the ringer with the phone in your pocket)

I want to like it, but I just don't... I'd still have it in a heartbeat if the only alternative was android of course :)

(Forgot to add, you do get a terminal now, which wasn't the case under UT. That got me interested until I found python not installed, though that is probably fixable?)

I vote for you next time. Some sushi and quality seared tuna is exactly what I would like to see at MWC instead of all the garbage they are handing out.
