I dunno, I'm seeing some brilliant results here.

mce 1.7.19 here.

Anyway, new mod of the latest tagged SVN version of application manager
I've removed the legal message completely :). So you shouldn't see it at all. Should save time.

Developers may find this helpful when making debs for diablo:

Off topic, but this is why I love opensource. I love load-applet but I wished it would save my screenshots on the memory card but it didn't. It took me 5 mins to change the code to do that. (Anddd, it didn't work :D. Still, the fact that you can do it is nice)

Remember, if you install this in Chinook, you are ****ed.

Not taking qwerty's warning, I upgraded my N810 to the latest packages. This also caused my tablet to stop booting. Oops.

However, as I was trying to flash Chinook back onto it my computer got too slow (just finishing booting and starting firefox, thunderbird, vmware player, and outlook while trying to flash) and the flash hung. I unplugged the USB cable to start over and lo! the tablet booted. All my apps are still installed and settings intact AND the control panel says the version is 4.2008.21-4 and gave me an "Update successful" message.

Probably not reproducible unless you just need to bring it into USB flash mode and then reboot. Maybe this will help someone stuck after the update.

Somebody want to just try flashing the Chinook initfs and kernel once they're in a loop? ;)

I am with chinook initfs and kernel, never flashed the new ones. After the update my IT rebooted absolutely normal... :)

Happy bug hunting everybody :)

I reflashed to chinook initfs and kernel after the update and it still wouldn't boot. I'm gonna try again because you know me ;)

If it helps anything, there were new kernel-slasher, initfs-flasher and fiasco-flasher packages.

They are always there, I checked, my kernel and initfs were same before update.
