Yes, I also noticed this. At first I thought it went through some DDOS

WTF. Not ZERO down time for updates of such a cruel piece of software. :)

I guess it couldn’t handle the load when you tried the password ;)

Mock up of size comparison with Motorola Photon Q
(I used a Note 8 for comparison, which has also a 6" screen and has similar (rounded) edges.) For the pocket, it should be fine, expecting it to be a bit thinner...

And: Note 8 has 6,3" (full rectangle) or (6,2" within rounded corners). So depending on the actual screen "6 inch" may perhaps vary and the real thing is even smaller than depicted here.

So it should be something like that:

(Yeah, my post # ... it's #666!)

Let's see, we know the display is 18:9 6", that means that the short side is 6.8cm and the long one is 13.6cm.
Using these numbers and trying to measure some distances in the available photos, we'll end up with 0.5-1cm of top and bottom bars without display, optically it will be a bit less since the edge is curved.

Yeah, if 6" means *no more than* 6" that'd be good. I squeezed the Note 8 in my mock up for it's screen to fit your calculated dimensions:

(Anyway... enough Photon Q for now...)

My feeling says:
The lady on the show (at 17:00 CET, which is less then 2,5 hours from now on!) will talk about the F(x) device..
;)

What makes you feel that way? Are there any hints of this being relevant?

I've estimated the device to be roughly 150x70mm. Thickness is probably going to be about 10mm give or take

If it's 10mm or under I'm happy. Well, happy either way, been waiting years for this, and if it materializes(with scandic keyboard), it might be the last qwerty slider ever released with decent specs.
