EDIT1: there send me a SMS Message, but my phone number is to short... nice again! 1) there forget the Company Adress in the Shipping Adress....again! 2) now the short Phone number..... what ever! i contact TNT i tell my right phone number. Now i have to wait for a call back from "Zoll" or there will send me a sms again to contact with them..... let us see what will happend.

Seems they 'forgot' to make a proper tax declaration!

I should provide a payment confirmation and make a tax declaration to TNT.

I have contacted Jolla care that they should get in touch with TNT and handle that gracefully ...

Guess everybody in DE needs to do tbe same??? :(

i also got this status in tracking.
"COLOGNE AIRPORT 15. JULI 2016 10:39 - Empfänger Für Zollabfertigung Kontaktiert (contacted recipient for customs clearance).

But it seemed to have slipped through cologne and went further to Liege/France. Last status is
"LIEGE EURO HUB 16. JULI 2016 11:27 - Sendung Wurde Weitergeleitet". (Parcel has been forwarded).

I got no SMS or email, so i will contact TNT tomorrow and see what's up. I am 40km north of Cologne Airport, ahh it was SO close.

Edit, Liege/Belgium thx clovis86! urrgs, got to get my 200km radius right :p

I guess this is more of an EU VAT issue.

I guess it never was in Cologne, just check the dates ... I assume it was just a "pre arrival notice".

Not all EU countries, if so. In Sweden everything seem to work just fine. My status is "Released By Customs", so I am waiting for the delivery guy. :)
