i was able to get a hold of .bin files but they're all blank screens everytime i load them :(

Ay guys

I just started showing interest in PSX-Emulation and after reading some posts here I am a little bit confused.
There are so many packages...PSX4M, PSX4ALL, pcsx rearmed and all that stuff...where is the difference, what provides the best performance/compatibility?

install psx4m-gui and all what you need is included :)

you can switch between pcsx rearmed and psx4m and play around with cyclemultiplier and frameskip to improve different games quality :D

Hi there,

Quick query: How do you open Disc 2 of a certain rom in-game? Playing Parasite eve at the moment and it doesnt even let me save the game before it jumps on to the next disc...any solutions? :)

you have to transfer your save to a pc emulator get to disk two and save then put the save file back on your phone only way at the moment

I run Fantasy IX rom, the game is slow. Do I need overlock the phone? And is there any app can overlock the phone?

Use Psx4m-gui and pcsx as core, it runs much more faster.

Hi.

During removal of psx4m-gui, following errors came up:

dpkg - warning: while removing psx4m-gui, directory `/home/user/.config/Team16/psx4m' not empty so not removed.
dpkg - warning: while removing psx4m-gui, directory `/home/opt' not empty so not removed.

Especially the latter would have been really nasty if successful, possibly due to a typo.

The first one makes sense, as there will be (config) files that were not there during installation.
The second one looks odd, and can't say for sure whats causing this, taking a quick look at the deb file. But it can do no real harm, as your /home/opt will never be empty

Do you see this wonderful game taking dust on your shelves since more than a decade, when you first bought it for your PSX ? rip it, and you have your rom

I have all keys configured from settings, but none of those make any actions in game. Like game is not listening my commands. This same happen's with PCSX.

In PSX4ALL I can use exit -key
