When you evaluate an application, please note that some packages may depend on other user section packages. In that case, kindly evaluate the other package also, because if the depended package is not getting enough karma, it is not possible to promote the actual application either.
For example, mauku [1] and mauku-widget [2] depend on microfeed [3], but there is only few testers who have voted it, although every one who have used mauku application or mauku widget has also implicitly tested the microfeed package.
