Woohoo...looks like my "area" was upgraded. I guess the new network (changed from 25.x.x.x to 14.x.x.x two weeks ago) correlated with the change to 7Mb/21Mb. I was able to do 7.44Mbs today, in a restaurant about 3mi from my house:

Sigh ... I am in Boston, and am only getting .8 Mbps/.7 Mbps, according to speedtest.net.
Sad face. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm up for hearing them. I'm on PR 1.3, no kernel mods, pretty vanilla device. Using the epc APN. |

I rather pay $50 a month for pretty good speeds than $90+ for "4G" speeds or whatever the hell they're claiming
