crochik-general is just a symbolic link created by mycontacts. It should point to whatever was the original cached version of the ring tone assigned to the general profile by you and it should not cause any problems or interfere with this application.

Every time mycontacts is started it will create the symbolic link. On the next release I will recreate a setting so you can disable this behavior.

okok, so the no delay work but changing profiles messes everything up :(
reported to the author, we will have to wait for the nect update i guess

Correction again: the contacts which have customized ringtones wont vibrate .. the default ones will.

Yes! Do you have installed M-yContacts? There are some conflicts whith that one! Try to uninstal.
Then in type in xterm:

dpkg --purge per-contact-ringtones

Then install again!

i dont use myContacts.
Strange , mine only vibrates on Default ringtone contacts.

fixed the vibrate problem.
The problem was in the new pulse audio package that i was testing ...

I have installed the latest version of this "per-contact-ringtones" and it seems to work very well, but i have noticed this bug.
If you use a different profile no ringtone is played.
Only general profile seems to work correctly.
Can someone confirm this?
