That's a known timing-related bug - try running pasiv again.

Also, the permissions you get when using develsh will stay the same - only when using opensh will everything be listed.

Where did you obtain that .deb from? It looks like it was compiled with the PR1.3 SDK and has dependencies that prevent it from being installed on any public firmware.

Also, there should be no need to incept things like Fennec that don't need special permissions - you can just install them normally with dpkg -i. However, that won't solve the problem you're experiencing here.

Nah, that's a different issue entirely. Better post in the original Firefox thread and mention that the dependencies in the new builds aren't compatible with PR1.2.
