Actually I find N950 disassembly is not that difficult. It's quite straight forward, unlike a lot phones nowadays using glue which is a PITA...

I highly doubt if anyone can find a screen replacement, that screen (854x480, 4.0 inch TFT) is not been used on any other modules nor Lumias on the market. Unlike certain parts such as sim slot can be replaced using N8's spare parts.

I have been quite often to SZ/HK, and knowing a lot people with electronics industry, sadly in general no one there cares about Nokia/Microsoft anymore, even if they do, no one has ever heard this module. Futhermore Nokia did not manufacture around Shenzhen (They used to have a feature phone factory in Dongguan near Shenzhen), and all N950s are made in Finland/Korea(early prototypes).

I would say Finland or Microsoft warehouses has a better chance. ;)
