What if I cut part from my background and put it to statusbar background? it will look like trasparent then?

How many pixels it should be? 480x??
edit: found from first post 480x36

I just add line background-image:/and/patch/to/image.png/

I just want to be sure had reboot loop once already :P

correct, you don't need to edit landscape part, but if you have any application that use landscape, it will use black background when in landscape.
however, to update images cache you will need to reboot

I don't like having my program launch icons on one page. Ideally there would be several pages with different backgrounds, like the views on the N900.
