then do the command elros34 provided and after it completed successfully, use the normal flash command

did normal flashing....
at 20 % dos screen cleared...gone...

EDIT: Oups, i did not saw you rlast comments, if all of this is of no help, i am afraid i am of no help, This is maybe hardware related as elros34 said

oh please....im trying as you all are saying....isnt? at 20% it is quitting....what else can i do?

try another pc or another os
from that disable r&d mode

buddy this is second PC...first was on win xp xp3 32 bit...now on win7 64 bit...

if you are sure im ready....got ubuntu as live usb in my pendrive.....but i dont know much about ubuntu...totally new....
