I'm not going after your family. I'm just deeply worried about you Carsten and thought that your wife might be not aware of what is happening and how you harm yourself, by escalating this conflict. I left her my contact - it's her choice if she wants to contact me or not. I won't send her any new messages. She is free to do what she will find right. You cannot even take decisions for her, as she decides what to do and who she believes.

I think Carsten that the whole problem is in the fact that you deeply believe that you are right. You even managed to convince rest of your company. Have you thought that you might be wrong and that it will cost you losing image in the end? What about legal consequences of your actions? Are you aware that you might sink the whole company, because what you think is right might in the end not the be the right thing, also from legal point of view. Think about it.

And this would be considered libel, since it's "written". Either way, I think this is just a tad bit too much to consider it discrimination; any company and/or person (in this case: person) has the ability to ignore whomever they wish.

Dragging the entirety of Jolla into a personal dispute is rather misleading and tends to make a metaphorically mountain out of a mole hill. Simply stated, this has gone from dispute to personal attacks with zero reasons to include any other, innocent people into this whirlwind of unnecessarily self-entitled thought and verbiage.

I'd think that a personal matter could be civilly handled personally. Incorporating so many different takes on a dispute that started between two people will only confuse things.

Including more innocent people amplifies the wrong, doesn't make this any easier to reverse and salvage. And ultimately, this is about being ignored - I've written to Jolla to have my account removed since the Jolla phone would not work in the US. I had to remind them 8 times and even then, my account (which you cannot remove otherwise) still stood.

It's infuriating to feel ignored by anybody; but they have that right. And by posting this; you have the right to ignore me. I have that right to do so as well (ignore whomever).

This needs to remain civil. Quickly, this is getting out of hand and poor attempts at using legalese will be backed up by proper legal terms by folks that have no clue nor care to whomever you are, what you'd represent nor think. The courts are no joke and tend to be skewed to swift justice, not accurate justice.

Keep that in mind. Reminder: keep this civil and leave out the innocents.

IANAL, however legally, if he requests that you contact them no longer; any step past this is now considered harassment.

It's an offense in any country. I'd suggest kindly that you follow common sense and decency and discontinue that course of action.
