I have seen you yelling in #nemomobile about thp long before all this started. Your behavior towards community members there was exemplary given what happened long after. Back then I could have believed you, that it could be completely different. But now after all those actions you took, which not look like to be coming of a sane person, I simply can't.

I respected you long ago for your straightforward floss behavior in all your actions, though I didn't comply with you everywhere. Nowadays I just see you as a very toxic fanboy troll.

Also I already told you not talking on a personal level with me. Stop using my real name, as I don't use yours. Thats a very bad behavior from you, seeing you do it with stskeeps and thp too. Why don't you respect that?

Treat others how you want to be treated.

If you want people to be nice to you and understanding to your side of the story, then spouting crap all over the internet in an annoying manner is not the way to go about it. For instance, defacing of the piratepad (and sure, what you're doing may not be against any terms of service, but you're still a disruptive jerk for doing it).

Just like if you had a disagreement with Wikipedia, I wouldn't consider it at all cool for you to edit their articles to call them out as a bunch of idiots. But I'd respect and agree that you have the right to call them a bunch of idiots on your own website, to no end.

All you're accomplishing, AFAICT, is publically exposing the poisonous side of your behaviour that presumably has made so many people accuse you of harassment or simply not want to deal with you anymore. And continuing that sort of destructive behaviour is just increasing the number of people on that side of the fence.

Tell that to Jolla employees first, how they've treated me in first place? Don't you recall witch-hunt Jolla IRC meeting in which you took part? There was good old rule that the person who submits topic, decides what it is about. It was supposed to be about mediation offer, I clearly said that on begining, but your company including you turned it into a witch hunt and instead of discussing mediaton offer made an attack full of insinuations and false statements.

Sorry, that's how Piratepad works, everyone express freely their own opinion and can edit, that hurts Jolla they cannot control it and censor. You know it's the same like in real life you can take a banner and go protest somewhere. Why not on piratepad?

I doubt Wikipedia would spread libel about wife harassing and ban for such reasons.

Well I could give countless examples of poisonous behavior of Jolla employees like Harri or Jake (ex-Jollan, now at Everplay) at Twitter, so please start improving world from your ex-colleagues from Jolla. Nice values written on the walls there, but my case shows there are completely empty and not in practical usage, just like guiidelines on TJC are.

It's really, really hard to speak about broad topics without being somewhat vague. If you'd like specific discussions, then ask specific questions, make specific complaints.

That may have something to do with every word said in public being forever repeated against you later (for instance, with the Silica open sourcing that a particular prominent member of this thread loves to harp on about).

Someone was open with what they would like to see happen, and for various reasons, it didn't happen. Apparently, talking about future plans you'd like to see happen is a reason to crucify the whole company for a lack of openness for the indefinite future.

And you wonder why a number of people are careful about what they say on here, or prefix them with constant disclaimers? :)

Well then Jolla shouldn't say on FOSDEM 2013 that it will be certainly open, when it wasn't certain. Jolla mistake was to promise something they weren't sure about. It was only to attract interest at FOSDEM 2013. It's really like cheating FLOSS people.

To give you an analogy if someone promises that he will give his phone to you for 0$, then few months later says, that the phone will cost you 100$, but maybe someday he will sell you it for 0$ again then it's a fake promise.

Yes, I was there. And it's a little hard to discuss (your own word) mediation when the person wanting the mediation refuses to discuss it. :)

As I said, what you did may not be against the terms of service, but that doesn't mean you aren't a jerk doing it.

I don't endorse censorship, but I also don't endorse trashing other people's work in an unwanted manner - literally the dictionary definition of harassment:

I can't take responsibility for the actions of other people, and neither can you, but instead of pointing the finger at everyone *except* yourself, maybe you should stop, take a breath, and look in the mirror.

No it's not, it could be discussed, no excuses, it was Jolla and Stefano aware choice to not discuss mediation offer, but instead to attack with insinuations and false statements. Nobody forced them to attack, they could have chosen also silence. Matter of choice.

Moreover I promised to reply on the mailing list and that's what I've did, despite I thought that I will be replying to Jolla view about mediation offer not to some witch-hunt & insinuations set.

I don't even speak about placing the meeting in working hours, where it was dominated by Jolla employees and it was hard to expect fair discussion enviroment.

Ah "jerk", so now with lack of arguments you insult me, yes? Please control your emotions. Jolla made aware choice to use piratepad, they should know how it works.

No ones work was trashed, Piratepad has full history and nothing disappeared.

Start improving world from yourself and looking into your own mirror or maybe moralise people like Morpog, who would like to exclude people from places like TMO, because he has personal dislike/hate towards me.

"Treat others how you want to be treated": that doesn't really begin by seeking justice first until you feel your sense of it is fulfilled. There's another saying for that mindset: "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth".
