The indiegogo stated May so why shouldn't I. I don't see end of may anyware?

Could be early may, could be middle may, could be end of may or if they screw up...june.

i think it would be really strange if they passed that mark without any comments about it. i assume that if shipping is near, they would be vocal about it. #transparency

I didn't really want 3G in my tablet personally - I know it was optional, but I wouldn't have added it. Mostly due to security concerns over how much access the baseband processor has to the device.

If it were implemented with privacy in mind like in the Neo900 it would be amazing and I absolutely would have sprung for it though.

Then luckily for you 3G was never on the table... It was just a sales point to trick more people to contribute.

1. Split screen. Sham...it was already in the backlog long before campaign. And now, since we payed for it...will it be ready at delivery?

2. Memory card. fraud...you know the story.

3. 3G add-on. Not Fraud, but sham tricking people to contribute and make them believe this campaign is the only one before release. Then baaam, close it according to schedule. Fine, so far so good. But then suddenly open again right after without stretch goals...also jolla employees stated 3G not likely to happen long before that so it was just...if not fraud, atleast a semi fraud.

Why would it be? It wasn't promised until 2nd half of 2015.

Cool, I must have missed that memo. didn't see that on indiegogopage :D Better late than never...so its only the tablet that is delivered in may and sail 2.0 in the future?

So stretch goal Q32015 for splitscreen. So the earlist is july the first...not too far of. Dont tell me jolla need another 6 month to develop this plz. That would be a bit emberesing. But maybe they prioretize something else...so lets hope for early july.

Dave, when a company gives a specific delivery date such as 13 October, you can rest assured that it will be delivered on that date. The employees will be sucked dry, work 14 hours shitfs without paid overtime and it will be delivered full of bugs and will have to be pulled back the day after the release and fixed, but it will be delivered on the announced date.

When a company gives a vague delivery date such as Q3 (or "monthly updates"), rest assured that the most optimistic translation means the end of that period. More likely the end of the next period. So do not expect Q3/2015 to mean 1st July, expect it to mean 31st December.

This is not just Jolla, it is everybody. Jolla is just very far from "unlike" in this regard.
