It'll be like Nokia did with some of their dev devices. If it's broken, you send it back and they might give you a new one if they have some stock (which I am sure they can somehow arrange)

For anyone who is wondering about warranty, we already have mentioned that we are going to help you out and try our best to provide you with a service at our developer care.

Also, if the device is received by you as a broken-defected device then there is a 14-day right for you to send the device back.

If they deliver tomorrow I may have bought one. But waiting two months and the risk of postpones to 2020 I will not.

Fairphone still top of my list IF they had sailfishos. Now I will wait until my Jolla dies.

Of course they are re-using the same hw! Cheaper, already in production, already supported.
