no, the webos game manager can use the preenv-hd and desktopgen-hd binaryes ;) no more. the creator of wgames can simple add a flag for HD Games that makes wgames use the preenv-hd and desktopgen-hd executable bin

i flashed my N900 and forgot how did i make angrybirds seasons to work.i installed preenv-hd. and used desktopgen-hd . this worked for rio hd but season hd gave me this:

thanks a lot. i moved the libsdlpre.so in opt/preenv/lib but its the same screen. the screen is zoomed.this is my output

edit: problem solved by copying libsdlpre-tab.so again in opt/preenv/lib. i dunno y i had to tht again.bt it solved. thnx fr ur effort.

if you have a normal game u can use wgame and preenv 8preenv it's included in the preenv-hd pack) if you have a Hd game game use the preenv-hd command line and desktopgen-hd command read the signature.

He was talking about uno etc that is not HD games. That why I told his to recopy libSDLpre.so :)

Hi guys i modified the Preenv package to run all the games, hd and normal games.. You just have to install this package, copy the deb file to MyDocs and make shure you installed ROOTSH package, to install the deb file you have to add this code on xterm

now, to create a shortcut for the HD Games you have to use from xterm

sudo chmod -R +rwx /opt/preenv/usr/palm/applications/com.HDGameFolder

desktopgen-hd /opt/preenv/usr/palm/applications/com.HDGameFolder/appinfo.json

to create the shortcut.. The package includes preenv and the Preenv HD script edited to work with the libsdlpre-tab.. You don't have to change libraries, you just have to know that you have

preenv-hd
wrap-hd.sh and hd.sh (in /opt/preenv folder), all the preenv files + libsdlpre-tab

@above my problem has solved, i unpacked again from ipk. And give permission to them, seem the problem appeared by old game datat i used after flashed.

i heard we could play games aftr installing preenv via web os...but whn i try to install preenv i was unable to do in xterm dis is what i got..please help!!

facing a weird problem. i installed preenv-hd. now installed it successfully as i mentioned earlier.so i installed asphalt 5 and real soccer. at the beginnig each plays a video. but during that video the screen is black.when i tap it.it skips and return to the game menu.and then evrythng is fyn.y isnt the video showing? any help guys?

the video depends on the libpre.so, so really depends on what version of the libpre.so you have

i had the same problem with videos showing blank, but an update of the libpre.so corrected it

i don't know what version of libpre.so it was, i just knew it was necessary to update to get certain games working and some intro videos started working aswell

well it doesnt seem to close on opening by icon, so this must be a good sign, just stays on a blank screen. I tried it with both weboshd and webos2hd scripts. Ive removed it now and i didnt run from terminal which i should of done to find out what errors it was giving

I have tried sending it some other SDL keys for return or enter, no change. I set up a loop and had it send a whole bunch of key codes. I never could get it past that entry screen. This will probably require someone getting on their TouchPad and figuring out which SDL key is generated when pressing the enter button.

Results: Works but bad scaling = unplayable

Quell reflect hd
Results: needs libSDL_image.so
I TRY symlink it with libSDL_mixer...... pass but before open it close with an error.
./quellreflecthd_exe: symbol lookup error: ./quellreflecthd_exe: undefined symbol: IMG_Load
If someone has touchpad find libSDL_image.so and test.

open xterminal put all of this ;)

I have upload the required libs needed (until now) to run touchpad games - for the lazy guys that don't read the last posts to symlink the neccessary libs.
