Nice blade, also nice backquote to the previous theme. Good composition altough the red piece of wood on the background distracts a bit.

interesting........ I had one without that pillar and to me that emptiness was more distracting. It was a big part of the photo with nothing in it but it was drawing my attention more than this out of focus pillar.

I have never really used any online storage and do not have my own server running either. Should get some. Would be nice to save and share stuff.

And my offer still stands; I am willing to host any images people want to submit to the Camera Phone Competitions on my site, up to any reasonable size. I'll go so far as to promise to host 40Gpx+ sized images if you have such a beast that makes images that size! :):):)

My vote goes to 6. robthebold.
It has both documentary/journalistic and still life composition.

size 800x800 is just and just acceptable. Nice stack of blades there.

The original link got full resolution pic
https://postimg.cc/21SJ19Sn

but you won't find any additional details there, it wasn't best lighting condition at the datacenter.

No, it is absolutely NOT!!!

It should NOT be your job to look for a third party solution for TMO's faults.
You should NOT apologize for TMO's deficiencies.
Members like juiceme should NOT complain about "small pictures" on a platform that deliberately shrinks uploaded images.

It is NOT your fault. It is clearly, unquestionably, a TMO's fault and juiceme not only knows it, but even has the capacity to do something about it. A complaint about "small pictures" from any random TMO member would indicate ignorance. But from a Council member it smacks of hypocrisy.

Do NOT yield to it and apologize. Put pressure on the Council to bloody do something about it!!!

In other words, offering a workaround. Why don't you offer a fix?

@pichlo: Most of the time we share the same opinion. Not in this case. TMO is NOT flikr!!!
Juiceme offered to host the pics in full size. I think that's enough. Being TMO council is a honorary post. You should be thankful that somebody is willing to do it.

@all voters and participants: THANK YOU for your votes and for your entries!!! It's everytime a pleasure to see all the creative photos.

I will start a new competition immediately.
