I seriously doubt that it will, but Rogers sells phones flat out (afaik), so we may be able to buy one from one of their many retail stores.
In the interest of acquiring a phone, this is promising. For the time being, it seems as this is going to be one of the only Canadian carriers to support it as well. }:^)~ |

Here's a thought; lots of companies bought AWS/1700 spectrum during the big auction, even Rogers, Telus, and Bell. So will they all be launching 1700MHz networks? If not, why did they buy? Could it be that we'll have a selection of SEVERAL networks on 1700??? And they'll all be GSM/HSPA, from the looks of things...

That would be nice, to have choice like that. But maybe the big players bought spectrum to keep it out of the hands of the competition?
