indeed there is, it's called sshfs, a pretty standard linux feature :)

a quick guide how to use it can be found in this thread.

there's no convenient GUI à la WinSCP, though. and i have no idea if there's an openssh server for windows, but there is smbfs, which lets you mount windows shares. if you connect to the standard administrative share c$, you have full access to the whole drive. I'm sure theres a quick guide for smbfs as well somewhere on this board.

every time i try to drag and leave the file in my device from my computer i face this error , cant open the path from which i am dragging.

system error , code 5
access is denied :$
