Well I phoned em and they basically gave me a load of tosh about how it was the phone blah, blah, blah finally spoke to someone who knew wat the problem was, as stated on this thread I conplained and asked to be swapped to webnwalk plus but it doesn't show on my online account but msn is now unblocked... should it be showing on my online account? |

Mentioned that n900 is using new linux software so no official clients, only opensource. As a compromise, they will hopefully upgrade you to web n walk plus for free as they can't help you with settings and it's a smartphone. Mention that you have searched various forums and this seems to solve the problem. I did not need to speak to a teamleader but you may need to. |
