People who get the acrylic ones could just set the stand on a small square of rubbery material.

That's right. I'm going to see if I can find something that I can supply with them. But really, the surface area of the base that's contacting the desk is large enough that I don't think it's going to be a real problem.

Fake may i change my order from 2 wooden stands to 2 acrylic stands please as they look just WOW, they look so nice, its great to have your skill here on the forums :D

The non slip rubber strips for wood usually come with cubicle dressers that stack on top of each other. I have some and the rubber strips are almost perfect size for this.
I get paid Thursday.
