It's located at /home/user/.qlister/listfile.txt

There have been a few updates for PyQt in the meantime... does it work for you now ?

Hello mece, and hello all,

This is my first post, since I'm a very new n900 user !

@mece I wanted to contact you directly, but I'm not allowed to send private message. So I post here, and I'm sorry if I pollute the topic.

I use qlister every day, but I need a tool that stores the item's state (checked, or not). And categorized items. And, maybe, set a priority level to the items...

So, and because your code is clear and because I haven't Qt skills, I started to modify your app.

The items are stored in a sqlite3 database (so sqlite3 lib is needed), the state is now stored.
A "purge" button deletes checked items.
For a quick workaround about categories, the command-line accepts the "-f file" option, which allow to specify another database file (for example, you can have a todo list, a shopping list, etc... and you have to specify in the command line which one you want to open).
The database files are automatically created in the default path (~/.qlister) if no path is specified.

As I have a stable version, I post the the tarball here, if you are interested.
Don(t hesitate to send me your comments.

Thanks for your job and best regards,

nis

That's pretty cool. Feel free to release your own version to extras. Just come up with a new or extended name for it :)
