So when purchasing the second level pack I payed extra attention to not to miss the possibility to request a receipt. I just could not find a place where the choice is made. And as it seems, it is not in my personal settings either.

Yeah its a bug, couple of weeks ago it was selected by default but now its unchecked , when you're buying there is a link (scroll down to see) ( Change settings) that's the place to select checkmark and when you hit confirm it will buy with receipt however every time you buy you have to do it again :( |
