this suggestion blows, for max battery:

The lowest you can push it to is 2-3mW.

You can set up scripts in /etc/network/if-up.d to change the amount of power, depending on what network you're connected to. Useful if you've got a full blanket at work/home but might want more power if you're in a public area or the likes.

Any phone that is constantly connected will have crap battery life.

I'm getting sick of the moans on battery life. Its massively improved.
