-Disable autoupdate (when you connect to internet this is why your phone lags) type to xterm (you dont have to root): gconftool -s --type int /apps/hildon/update-notifier/check_interval 1440000

-download leafpad, open xterm and type:

- If your phone lags with overclocked, it may be caused if you have too low voltages. Try lovering mhz or putting more voltages.

- what i have learned so far in this thread, tweaking dsp could help. Anything else ?

After all of this my n900 works like i thought it would.
