They aren't there, you can see them only when starting the app for a moment, but they are there. If you tap at the top right corner, you'll close the app, and if you tap at the top left corner, you'll minimize it.

Vlad, open a bug into qt-components on maemo bug tracking system. Let see if we can find a good aproach to solve this kind of problem.

The most important enhancement is the feature - widget in the Events screen. Unfortunately Nokia has been hardcoded path to widget in code of meegotouchhome and provided an opportunity to use this feature only for Accuweather. There are two ways for enabling Meecast widget instead of Accuweather. First:
using user 'root' to copy the file /opt/com.meecast.omweather/share/applet/events-weather.desktop to directory /usr/share/meegotouch/applicationextensions/ . Command:

"cp /opt/com.meecast.omweather/share/applet/events-weather.desktop /usr/share/meegotouch/applicationextensions/"

Or uninstall package Accuweather and install package
http://omweather.garage.maemo.org/do..._0.1_armel.deb

I cant install 3.3, libqtcore4, gui4, sqlite3-0, stdc++6, wrong version, need more new, but i cant find the source
