Finally I don't need to carry a 808 or N950 just for using offline maps while travelling. The latest 175 release still doesn't work on BlackBerry passport though.

And shame that Nokia doesn't support Jolla a little bit more than not at all ....

About displaying place names in local languages: my N9 is currently at home, but after reflection, I am pretty sure that if I "localize" the phone, the place names will change to the local language too. I noticed the change when experimenting with my Android phones.

I had a similar problem on my n9. I had map of Poland downloaded but there was no option to download maps of Israel, so i copied them directly to .cities folder from my pc. Polish town names weren't displayed correctly. The problem was solved after deleting all maps and downloading them again.

Yea HERE_beta_220.apk works on jolla but I had to create a new here account , since I could not sign in using the login that work on http://here.com ? weird isnt it ?

Dont work on BB10's dev alpha c ... it installs fine but crash on start

No problems here when i installed it here a few weeks ago, working like a charm. :D

ps, still i would like to use Sycig as main
